What preparations we need to do when customer reception?(1)
So wonderful day on 12th Aug, Peter from Sweden visit our factory. Tea, coffee and fruits were prepared for our friendly customer, as a manners, hope he will feeling our kindness. Through this reception, there are many things to learn for my future days. Below we summarize the attention of customer’s visit.
Preparatory work:
※ Learning the customers’ Schedule in advance, whether need to pick up at the airport or hotel.
※ Get the customers’ information, such as traffic routes, mobile phones, hobbies, etc..
※ Keeping the factory cleaning , such as: Office, Produciton Room, meeting room, etc.
Scheduling and Site layout:
※ Dress: Pay attention to temperament when customer reception, dress up will be a good choice.
※ Pls take the time in advancce avoid to traffic jam when you go to the hotel of customer.
※ When talking with the customers, the expression should be natural, with a smile.
※ Prepare the meeting room before the customers’ arrival, such as samples, paper, pen and so on; install the projector in advance and choose the documents, and make a welcome word.
※ According to the habit of customer to prepare the fruits and drink .
※ If you have to leave for a short time during the meeting, you should inform him in advance.
※ Make the notes for customers’ questions will be better for following the future business.
※ When visiting the factory, lead the way in front of customers, hand shoes/ clothes and open the door for the customers.
※ Professionally introduce the production procedure.
Ending:
※ When meet the lunch/dinner time, we can invist the customer if enjoy them together.
※ If possible , the small gift will make the customer surprise.
