40G QSFP+ optical module has two main interfaces: LC and MTP/MPO, which are used in single-mode application and multi-mode application respectively.
LC interface: LC interface is connected with LC fiber optic connector, which can improve the density of fiber optic connector in the system.
MPO/MTP interface: the MPO/MTP interface is connected with the MPO/MTP fiber optic connector, which has better transmission performance, lower loss and higher fibrillation.
